Arsenal may struggle to keep Alexandre Lacazette at the club this summer according to the latest reports from France. The striker has a deal with the Gunners until 2022 but no renewal has been agreed yet.
Lacazette has been one of the most consistent players in recent weeks, leading the line in the absence of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Despite the strong performance, French outlet L’Equipe report that talks over a new deal with the Gunners have stalled.
The suggestion is that Arsenal have offered the Frenchman a further 12 month contract, but he is looking for a longer deal and will turn his attention elsewhere.
Lacazette is into his 5th year in North London, scoring 70 goals in 187 appearances for the Gunners.
