Martin Odegaard has been linked with a return to Arsenal this summer amid reports he wants to leave Real Madrid. The Norwegian international enjoyed a strong loan spell for the second part of the 2020/21 with Arsenal looking to retain his services on a permanent deal.
Odegaard returned to Madrid earlier this summer with the intention of proving himself under new coach Carlo Ancelotti, having spent much of Real tenure on loan.
Journalist Arancha Rodríguez is one of many reporting that the youngster may have had a chance or heart in recent weeks and a departure hasn’t been ruled out.
According to Rodríguez, if Odegaard is to leave, he has heart set on a return to North London to play for the Gunners once again.
