Arsenal are considering a third bid for Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale which could be valued at up to £25m. The Gunners are in the market for another goalkeeper and have been linked with 23-year-old England international in recent weeks.
According to Sky Sports, Arsenal have had two bids rejected already and are now making a third proposal to the Championship club.
Sky suggest that the Gunners will offer Sheffield United £18m plus add-ons which would take the total amount above £25m.
Reports elsewhere had noted that Arsenal would return with a bid of £30m but Sky suggest that these are ‘wide of the mark.’
Ramsdale was United’s player of the season despite their relegation last term and has been capped at youth level from U18 to U21.
